Responsibilities:
Directs and oversees an organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Sets short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.Requirements:
Male/FemaleAge between 25-40 years oldCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree or Doctorate in Human Resource Management, Economics, Commerce, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
